A fun group activity which playfully brings children in contact with measurement and geometry. The snakes can be put together in a wide variety of lengths, shapes and colours. Questions spontaneously arise when laying out a snake: how long is it? Which snake is the longest? What is equally long? Which one consists of more pieces, and does this also make it longer? Apart from measuring exercises, it is also possible to make mirror-image snakes or series of colours, also in combination with lengths. Do two snakes with the same colour pattern have the same length? ‘Measure pleasure with snakes’ offers many possibilities and fun challenges. Content: - 4 x 18 wooden pieces in 4 colours - 1 measuring tape of 1 metre - 4 laces of 1 metre - 8 coloured clothes pegs - manual Age: 3+ , 1-4 players
